Add troubleshooting guide for keyboard shortcut conflicts with AMD Software

If nothing opens when you press `Ctrl` + `Shift` + `I`, it’s possible that the keyboard shortcut to open the developer tools is being used by another application.

### __Follow these steps to disable or modify the shortcut in AMD Software:__

## Step 1 - Access Settings

1. Open AMD Software and click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to access the settings.

## Step 2 - Modify Keyboard Shortcuts

1. In the settings menu, select the **"Hotkey"** tab.
