Merged changes from PR #5010 which adds support for tracking cached token usage: - Added accumulated_cache_read_input_tokens and accumulated_cache_write_input_tokens fields - Updated schema version to 6 with migration support - Integrated with existing cached token usage branch constants (SESSIONS_FOLDER, DB_NAME) - Removed test_support.rs (was deleted in this branch) Conflicts resolved: - session_manager.rs: Combined schema version bump with new constants - import_legacy_session: Added new cache token fields to insert - apply_update: Used new bind_update_params helper function
