Kevin Wijnen 81071d920e [feature] GitHub Actions wiki automation 
Initial concept for automating the BSManager Wiki via PR's to the docs/wiki folder.

Requires locking the Wiki's writing to none of the public, to prevent vandalism, desyncs and losing wiki-only information, with what is on the repository.
