This commercial license is an alternative to the open-source GNU Affero
|
|
General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0) under which SocratiCode is also
|
|
available. It grants you rights to use, modify, and distribute SocratiCode
|
|
without the AGPL's copyleft obligations.

|
|
|
GRANT OF LICENSE
|
|
|
|
This Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the terms of a valid commercial
|
|
license agreement between you (or your organization) and Altaire Limited, you
|
|
are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use, copy,
|
|
and deploy the Software solely for your internal business purposes.
|

|
|
RESTRICTIONS
|
|
|
|
Unless expressly authorized under a separate written agreement with Altaire
|
|
Limited, you may NOT:

|
1. Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the

|
Software or any portion thereof to any third party.

|
2. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or

|

notices contained in or on the Software.

4. Use the Software to provide a hosted, managed, or SaaS service to third
|
|
